Human Services Certificate (HSC)

The Human Services certificate increases the competitiveness of the student's or graduate's resume. The certificate demonstrates student versatility and breadth of knowledge regarding theoretical perspectives, skills, and competencies needed to enter one of many helping professions, such as Social Work, Criminal Justice, Child Welfare, Psychology, Human Services, or Addiction Treatment and Counseling. The certificate program, along with an Associate of Arts degree, maximizes student employability and provides a strong foundation for seeking a bachelor’s degree in a human services field.
