A course on the nature of conflict and approaches to resolving disputes. Topics include: attribution theory, cognitive bias, interpersonal and organizational conflict, engaging conflict, the alternative dispute resolution spectrum, models of negotiation, mediation, arbitration, online conflict resolution, and restorative justice.
