The Kenwood Dealer Group School of Automotive Service Technologies at Cincinnati State provides opportunities for students interested in careers in the field of automotive technologies.
The Kenwood Dealer Group provides resources for the automotive technologies degree and certificate programs and scholarships for students.
The department offers one Associate of Applied Business degree program:
- The Automotive Service Management (ASM) program includes co-op education at local automotive service companies as well as classroom instruction.
The department also offers five certificates:
- The Automotive Service Technician Certificate (ASTC) is prepares students for entry-level jobs in the technical area of automotive service field.
- The Automotive Engine Repair Technician Certificate (AERTC) prepares students for starting or advancing their career in the automotive service industry as an engine repair technician.
- The Automotive Heating and Air Conditioning Technician Certificate (AHATC) prepares students for starting or advancing their career as a heating and air conditioning expert.
- The Automotive Powertrain Technician Certificate (APTC) prepares students for starting or advancing their career in the automotive service industry as an engine, automatic trans/transaxle, manual trans/transaxle, and driveline repair technician.
- The Automotive Undercar Technician Certificate (AUTC) prepares students for starting or advancing their career in the automotive service industry as a brake, suspension, steering, and alignment technician.
