A course on legal rights and intervention strategies for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Topics include: disability law, rights and empowerment, abuse and neglect, ethics, Medicaid and Ohio waivers, early intervention, Individual Family Service Plans (IFSP), Individualized Education Plans (IEP), and protection of diversity in the IDD community.
